This site shares one business owner’s documented experience with Corporate Technologies, LLC of Eden Prairie, MN. The goal is to inform others so they can make informed decisions.
On January 23, 2025, my company hired Corporate Technologies after we terminated our controller/IT head for fraud. We needed a one-time security/vulnerability scan to ensure our network was secure.
According to the complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Corporate Technologies presented a short, two-paragraph service agreement but later tied it to a seven-page contract containing a 36-month helpdesk subscription we never requested and have never used.
It is my belief that this was misleading and unfair, and that they acted in bad faith in how the service was presented and sold. I am sharing this so other businesses can avoid similar issues.
I hired Corporate Technology Solutions on Jan 23, 2025 after we had to fire our controller/IT head for fraud as a safeguard to make sure he couldn't access/damage our network. It was a rough time for us, and these guys took advantage of that to get a bogus 36 month contract signed when all I asked for was a one time security / vulnerabilities scan and review to make sure our network was locked down. They knew we had an in-house IT assistant, but signed us up for a useless helpdesk subscription that has never been used. They present a very short 2 paragraph service agreement but then try to illegally tie you to a 7 page contract. They are very deceptive in their business practices and act in bad faith in every interaction.
These are my opinions based on my experience. Your experience may differ, but I encourage you to do your own due diligence.
